Cost: $1897

Inclusions: Cost includes all accomodation, food and refreshments for 4 days. Attendees will have to organise their own transportation to and from the venue. 

Expected Weather Forecast:

Max: -4 degrees at night to 18 degrees in the day

Note: Make sure you pack appropriately for these weather conditions. We have HEAPS of room at the lodge, over packing cold weather gear won’t be an issue, we want to make sure you are comfortable over this weekend.

• Breathwork/Meditation.
• Cold Water Immersion.
• Yoga.
• Hiking. (We will go on hikes between 4-6km, at a steady pace)
• Facilitating: Sharing your own story. Learning Basic Breathwork.
• Sharing Circles.

What you will need to bring as drying & washing isn’t really an option:

• Swimmers 4x

• Towels 4x

• Cold Weather Gear.

• Multiple Changes of Clothes: (Casual, comfortable clothing, we will be sitting in a lodge and in the mountains a lot of the time)

• Shoes to hike in.

• Yoga Mat. (We will also supply some, but if you have your own please bring)

• Head Torch.

• Bedding – Sheets, Blanket, sleeping bag + pillow: (Lodge is heated, however ensure you have adequate sleeping gear)

• Pillow for Breathwork

• Booties (wetsuit shoes- This is for comfort when going for swims in the beautiful Mountain Water)

• Gloves.

• Day pack: Carry 2L water, 1 meal, towel, change of clothes, cold weather gear.

• Camelback/water bottles. (Ability to carry 2L of water)

Rooms and Sleeping Arrangements:

Some rooms are 2 and 4 pers per room: They are single mattresses.

You will be allocated to rooms when you arrive.

Women will be with Women. 

Men will be with Men.

Some people snore, talk, etc in their sleep, so pack accordingly to support yourself having a good nights rest.
